These packages are invoiced monthly in advance and payable immediately. Payment is via bank transfer on the 1st day of the month. If you fail to use any of the services mentioned in these packages, they do not roll over to the following month. All services are based on availability and at least 2 weeks notice required for 1 to 1 appointments.
